Week 30 We played lots of piano, enjoyed his reptile class, talked to Dad in Nepal at night before bed (the start of his day there) and in the morning (the end of his day there!). Being in opposite sides of the world is weird.  We also did several math lessons and a lot of reading this week! We had a little health unit this week. We’ll be having more and more of these as puberty comes more into play! He had 400 homeschool bucks in the bank long enough to earn 100 in interest plus what he’d earned from the week! That allowed him to purchase the trip to the store for a $40 item - and this was his choice! Dad is in Nepal for two weeks! He had a 10 hour layover in Hong Kong on his way there. He’s so far away from us!! Flowers that Dad got us before he left Extra snuggles while Dad is gone Getting ready to take on the snow! He accumulated three lost teeth for the tooth fairy, lol Snapchat filters are funny  Zupas after gymnastics! One more Snapchat filter - he’s a handsome knight! ...

Week 28 I guess this week was busy enough that I forgot to take pictures!! But some of our highlights -  - Clint’s Reptile Academy talked about garter snakes this week and Daniel was over the moon! - Daniel cut his flash card time in piano down to 3 minutes which is amazing because at the beginning of the week it was 7!! - He finally finished mixed fractions in math - He’s loving his National Parks mystery book - His lego building and treehouse enhancing is so detailed and involved - he even has a pulley system for the bird feeders, lol Ok, this was a memory that popped on from one of our trips. I just happened to click the camera button at the exact right time to catch this!! An ET moment, lol Some dream lists and some self motivated math, lol! We found this on a walk this week - the Seek app says it’s a “donkey tail”!  A new book all about different jobs you can have that involve animals.
