Learning Log # 14

Week 14 Daniel’s Aunt Bonnie came into town to cheer for Oklahoma! The mascots were super excited about this picture, lol.  It was cold, wet day but we were so close to that win! Daniel loves to cheer for our BYU Cougars! It took so much concentration to finally get the drone through all the obstacles he set up! Daniel swiping our “tickets” for the drone show! This week got away from me picture-wise! But Daniel did math - he’s learning to recognize patterns right now - and social studies - he’s learning about New York City right. now! - and Night Zookeeper - plus we are reading Rise of the Wyrm Lord together right now - he finally conquered the drone obstacle course he set up for us which he gave us tickets and assigned seats and treat buckets for, lol - and he is practicing for his piano recitals and choir recitals! It was a busy week with very few pictures, lol.

Week 13 Working on his math! Earning money by assembling magic wands for our company! Daniel created an elaborate obstacle course for his drone This is Daniel’s snake on feeding day! We’ve moved him up to a full size mouse.  It’s crazy to see how those stripes on his neck stretch out sooo much once he’s gotten the mouse in! Rocking the rock wall! This is 65 lbs!! Daniel was so proud of himself.  One of our favorite things to do at the BYU football games is to listen to the drum line perform before the game starts! Recovery is going well! We are slowly easing back into our normal schedule, but we have been able to make progress in every subject this week, even if we’ve been a bit slow!
