Learning Log # 18

Week # 18 He created a menu and had us fill in what we would like for breakfast. He made us both French toast all by himself plus hot chocolate.  Daniel decided to become our waiter! Reading a new book - Diary of a Wimpy Kid - in pjs by the Christmas tree. Doesn’t get cozier than that! Our gorgeous crescent moon - we’ve all been a little extra enthralled by the moon lately.  Daniel at his Parent Day - playing and and singing the Christmas song he learned this term! Daniel had his smaller Christmas choir concert today! He will have a big one, combined with two other schools, on Monday.  The whole choir!

Week 17   This week we were extra grateful for the chance to school at home because we got to go on an extremely last minute trip to Las Vegas! Daniel’s dad has been doing some consulting work for David Copperfield and we got to hang backstage with him before his show that he gave us front row, meet and greet tickets to! And we also got to see For King & Country in concert again while we were there, plus visit the pinball hall of fame. We love that we can mobilize and learn anywhere! PS Daniel says he’d rather live in a gingerbread house than an igloo! He really really doesn’t like to be cold!
