Week 17 From riding side by sides with Grandaddy and getting extra doggy snuggles in Oklahoma, to learning about chemistry and making slime and potatoes and reading A Wizard of Earthsea at Yates Place to experiencing a night in Jerusalem at our church Christmas party, this week has been all kind of fun and learning filled! He’s still working on factor and fractions in math and he’s been building at winter wonderland, complete with skiing people too! When that’s completed, we’ll have pictures to share. It’s definitely the most wonderful time of the year!!

Learning Log #15

Weeks 15 & 16 It is hard to keep track of everything over the last two weeks! But Thanksgiving was good - we went to see Zootopia 2 with Daniel’s birth mom and took her to Golden Corral. Then we got to decorate the Christmas tree with Daniel’s uncle Noah! And that was so happy. The last home game of our BYU football season was awesome!  Daniel is still loving Yates Place and all the fun things he’s learning there about chemistry and cooking and ancient civilizations. He has a favorite teacher there and I love love love that he’s learning so much! We hopped on a plane and went out to Texas for the championship game which was awesome and sad all at the same time. And we got to see For King & Country while we were there which was amazing!!! And then we got to drive to Oklahoma and visit our family there for a while too! So it’s been a good two weeks for sure, full of learning and loving and living!
